Terms and Conditions

PUBLIC TRADE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The published price list is current. All prices are quoted inclusive of Australian GST.
• No delivery charges will be applied for standard delivery by Australia Post. Charges will be added for International orders and Express Post requests.
• Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received.
• Orders will be held for 7 days, after which they will be canceled.
• Privacy Policy: The Source will not pass your details on to other parties/entities.
• Payment of Orders: Our preferred payment partner is PayPal.Or Mastercard/Visa by Telephone/email/Fax.
• The Source does not keep records of Credit Card numbers. You will be issued a receipt of payment.
• Claims for broken or damaged goods must be received by us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Returns must be authorized by The Source and may incur handling charges. We will endeavor to replace any damaged items.

WHOLESALE TRADE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The published price list is current. All wholesale prices are quoted ex-warehouse and are subject to 10% GST.
• Freight forwarding/courier costs will be applied to all orders; The Source will use their own nominated freight forwarder/courier unless specified.
• Minimum purchase orders are $300 excluding GST and delivery charges, unless The Source consents.
• All opening orders are on a pro-forma basis, with goods dispatched upon receipt of payment. Goods will be held for 7 days; hereafter goods will be released for resale.
• Thereafter, a credit account may be applied for after completion of our Credit Application Form. If this is approved, 30 day net terms will apply.
• Claims for broken or damaged goods must be received by us in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods, stating whether a replacement is required or a credit note raised. Returns must be authorised by The Source and may incur handling charges.
• Payment can be made via Electronic Funds Transfer, Cheque, Mastercard or Visa cards. Payment is not applied to any invoice until funds are cleared into our bank account. All goods remain the property of The Source until payment is received.
• Online and Trade Fair orders are considered to be firm orders and cannot be cancelled. A cancellation fee of 20% of the order amount may be charged.
